Clarke Group is an Auckland-based development and investment platform focused on delivering scalable medium-density housing and build-to-rent communities.
Since 2012, the Group has delivered more than 500 homes and over $220 million of residential development across Auckland, including a significant build-to-rent portfolio.
We have established a strong track record delivering large-scale residential projects alongside government and private sector partners, including developments supported by Kāinga Ora and underwritten by MHUD.
The pipeline continues to expand, with more than 770 additional homes across Auckland and Queenstown progressing through design and consenting.
All projects are led internally and delivered under a disciplined governance framework, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes.
